WHY TRACHEA IS NORMALLY SLIGHTLY SHIFTED TO RIGHT SIDE?? Very Happy

BECAUSE ]b]Right side of lung has three lobes[/b] and left has only two lobes.. during inspiration, there ll be comparitively more negative intrathoracic pressure in right side than in left side.. this relative more negative intrathoracic pressure in the right side, (pulls) keeps the trachea normally towards the right side.
