in paradoxical embolus, the embolus finally ends up in the arterial side .....
the ans is post partum hemiplegia ....

result of cerebral vein thrombosis .... probably sag sinus thr .... other features :Headache, altered sensorium , seizures , papilloedema due to toxemia of pregnancy ....
other causes of cvt result in focal signs depending on the area involved ..... but not classically hemiplegia ....
